Paul qualifies as a badminton coach, initiating his coaching journey in the sport.

1994 - 1999

Paul works extensively with players privately, all of whom achieve Senior County honors. He also coaches Katie Litherland, who goes on to represent England at both junior and senior levels, achieving a highest world ranking of 22.

1995 - 1999

Paul serves as the Head Coach for Greater Manchester Junior Badminton Association, managing two squads at weekends. Under his guidance, the association attains a third-place medal at the 1999 ICT tournament.

2009

After a 10-year hiatus from badminton to focus on business development, Paul returns to the game, playing his first match in over two decades.

Present

Paul has established himself as a prominent badminton coach with a large number of regular private clients. He conducts several UK-based residential badminton coaching weekends annually and coaches the Manchester Metropolitan University team. Additionally, Paul is qualified as a Master Practitioner in NLP, leveraging these skills in both management and training realms. He is sponsored by leading badminton brand 'YONEX'.
