To maintain this standard and ensure the sustainability of our operations, we will be implementing a modest price increase of £0.70 per tube for our shuttlecocks. This adjustment will take effect in April 5, 2025.

Despite our commitment to providing premium products at competitive prices, the rising cost of raw materials has significantly impacted our production expenses. To maintain the high-quality shuttlecocks you expect while ensuring the sustainability of our business, a slight price adjustment has become necessary.
📦 New Order Limit Policy
To ensure fair availability for all customers before our upcoming price adjustment:
✔️ Order Limit: We now have a limit of 25 units per order at the current price.
✔️ Additional Orders: If you wish to order more than 25 units, the first 25 will be at the current price, while any additional units will be at the new April price. This policy prevents bulk purchases at the old price, ensuring fairness for all customers.
✔️ Example: If you order 100 units, the first 25 will be at the current price, and the remaining 75 will be at the updated April rate.

We understand that affordability is crucial. Even with this price adjustment, our shuttlecocks will remain competitively priced compared to other brands. By selling directly to you, we eliminate intermediary costs, ensuring you receive the best value without compromising on quality.
🦆Exciting Developments Ahead
We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our new duck feather shuttlecock in June. This product aims to offer a more affordable option while maintaining the high standards you’ve come to expect from Airchy. Our current Airchy 01 Shuttlecock is comparable to the Yonex AS40 in quality, and our new duck feather shuttlecock will be similar to the AS20 or Yehlex Tournament grade.
💳 Payment Policy Update
✔️ For orders exceeding 20 tubes, we only accept payment via bank transfer. If you need assistance with bank transfer payments, please contact us at support@airchy.com.
✔️ If you’d like to pay by Stripe (card payment on website), we can accept it, but please note there will be an additional 1% Stripe transaction fee added to your total.
✔️ Airchy Points: If you pay via bank transfer, we will manually add your points after confirming your payment.
